Indiana Property Tax
The risk of substantial changes in the property tax paid by golf course owners became paramount in 2008 with Indiana taxpayers bombarding their legislators and Governor Mitch Daniels with requests for property tax reform.  The INGCOA Board of Directors worked diligently to encourage change, resulting in new property tax legislation for 2010 and beyond.
