Daylight Savings Time In 2005, though the efforts of the President and Board of Directors, the INGCOA was instrumental in bringing awareness to the benefits of Daylight Savings Time, and in workiing with legislators to influence a vote for Daylight Savings Time throughout the State of Indiana.
