Workers Compensation This coverage obligates the insurer to pay all compensation and other benefits required of the business by the workers compensation law or occupational disease law of Indiana. The coverage applies to bodily injury by accident and disease for on the job injuries. There is no dollar limit for benefits provided. Benefits are paid without regard to fault. This includes all necessary medical and rehabilitation costs associated with an on the job injury. Loss time wages is a component of the law, known as indemnity. The amount of payment is 2/3 of the average weekly wage, subject to the State of Indiana's current minimum and maximum weekly wage of $75 and $900 respectively. This is payable no sooner than two weeks from the 8th day after the loss date. Loss time wages are then paid bi-weekly. The State of Indiana requires employers to provide their workers with Worker's Compensation coverage subject to minimum statutory limits.
Group Health Insurance The INGCOA Insurance Agency provides group health insurance plans for INGCOA members and staff. There is a minimum group requirement of two employees, however certain participation requirements apply. Deductibles are available from $250 to $5,000 with other available benefits such as group life insurance, dental, vision, long term and short term disability.
Individual/Family Health Insurance We provide individual and family plans for INGCOA members, with deductible levels beginning at $250 up to $5000, including a health savings account (HSA) option. Individual dental and life insurance may also be included as a rider with additional minimal premium.

Long Term Care Research shows seven in ten individuals will need in-home care during their lives. One in two women and one in three men who reach age 65 will use nursing home services at some point in their lives. The current average cost for nursing home care in Indiana is approximately $50,000 per year. The cost will vary by geographic area and by facility.
